To donate via PayPal, continue through here. Your payment will be addressed to the Austrian non-profit association that hosts Quantum (Verein zur Förderung des Open Access Publizierens in den Quantenwissenschaften).
If you’d like to donate in any other way (for example by invoice), please contact us at info@quantum-journal.org .
If you’d like Quantum to announce your donation, please contact us at info@quantum-journal.org. The following guidelines apply.
- For donations above three times the current publication fee, we can publish your name and/or logo on the sidebar of the website, with a link to your page, for one year.
- For donations above six times the current publication fee, we may additionally feature a blog post on the main feed of the journal about the donation, including a paragraph about the donor.
- Older donations and donations below that threshold can be listed on the Supporters page.
- You may also choose not to advertise your donation on our website. Note that Quantum practices open accounting, and all sources of income, including donations, may be publicly consulted through the linked spreadsheet.
- As of 2026, the standard publication fee is €600, so the first threshold is €1800, and the second €3600.
